The new "Gli Scogli" real estate complex stands on the old "Chiavari Shipyard" which ended its activity in the distant 1970s. In the yard, wooden yachts were built with engines in double planking with interposed canvas. After the closure of the construction site and long years of waiting in 2016 we began construction of the new residential complex "Gli Scogli" which offers exclusive housing solutions, designed to guarantee tranquility and privacy.
All the apartments made with fine finishes are offered with a wide range of sizes, ranging from one-room to multi-room, with a garage directly connected to the apartment via an internal lift.
