About the project

Senator Park Residential Complex is a multi-sectional new building with economy-class apartments, commercial facilities and a landscaped local area.

Location

LCD Senator Park in Nur-Sultan is being built on the Right Bank in the Almaty region within the boundaries of Ainakol, Sarykol and Koshkarbaev Avenue. One and a half kilometers from the new building is the Presidential Park. There are no large industrial enterprises in the vicinity of the complex; there are a large number of infrastructure facilities nearby.

What's near

In the neighborhood are the kindergartens "Zhansaya" and "Shabyt", a cafe and a shop. Within a ten minute walk there are several restaurants, grocery stores and supermarkets, fast food establishments, dry cleaning services, Ayia medical center and pharmacies.

Within a kilometer radius there is Lyceum No. 72, the Kazakh-Turkish Lyceum-complex NurOrda, kindergartens No. 26 and Nur Orda, school-gymnasium No. 83.

Transport

There is a stop near the LCD on Ainakol Street - bus number 29 runs here. Another stop is a three-minute walk - bus routes No. 3, 21, 100, 107 pass along Koshkarbayev Avenue.

The Nurly Zhol railway station is just over four kilometers away, and the international airport can be reached in half an hour.

Architecture

The total built-up area is 2 ha. The complex will consist of ten blocks from three to twenty-three floors, united by a single stylobate. Applied technologies provide high structural strength and excellent operational characteristics of apartments.

The house will have a flat non-operational roof and a solid frame, which is built from monolithic reinforced concrete. External walls filled with an autoclave gas block are additionally insulated with environmentally friendly mineral wool.

Each section has one to four noiseless elevators. The building is equipped with modern engineering systems and fire alarms.

Beautification

It is planned to build in the stylobate a large underground parking for almost 600 cars. Ground parking is also available near the house.

The residential complex will have a secure courtyard closed from outsiders with recreation areas and a modern children's playground. A football field fenced with a metal net and a sports ground for physical education are equipped on the local territory. Ornamental plants and trees are planted, lawns are broken, street lighting devices are installed.

About 3,000 square meters are allocated in the residential complex for the arrangement of premises for the placement of commercial facilities.

Apartments

In the complex you can buy apartments with one, two or three rooms ranging from 36 to 128 square meters. The monolithic-frame construction technology used will allow future residents to make an independent redevelopment of apartments.

The price will include pre-finishing, installation of large metal-plastic windows with energy-saving double-glazed windows, glazing of balconies and connection to a central heating system.
