About the project

Residential complex Asyl Mura is a new project dedicated to the 25th anniversary of BI Group. Each of the six phases of the project is named after the great figures of Kazakhstan.

Location

Residential complex Asyl Mura in Nur-Sultan is being built on the Left Bank in the Yesil district between Mukhamedkhanov and 306 streets, just two kilometers from the Central Park and 13 minutes walk from Gashyktar Park.

The building density is high here, there is a modern transport and social infrastructure. There is a busy highway nearby.

Entourage

There are several shops near the new building, including grocery stores, supermarkets, cafes and fast food outlets. A kilometer away there is the Saryarka shopping and entertainment center and the Kinopark cinema, bars, pubs, an alley of restaurants, hotels, bank branches, pharmacies and the Astana Opera, Khan Shatyr shopping and entertainment center, Green Mall and other entertainment facilities.

Within a kilometer radius from the residential complex there are kindergartens No. 88, "Murzila", Junior, Lyceum School No. 79, Qsi School, Institute of Economic Research.

Transport accessibility

There is a stop 360 meters away - next to the residential complex there is a bus number 56, which runs at a minimum interval of ten minutes. On foot you can reach a stop on Turana Avenue, along which eleven bus routes run.

The central railway station "Nur-Sultan-1" and the bus station "Saparzhai" are less than eight kilometers away. But the trip by car to the Nursultan Nazarbayev International Airport will take no more than 25 minutes.

New building parameters

Asyl Mura residential complex consists of sixteen-storey buildings designed in the same style and combining intimacy and spaciousness. Construction is carried out in accordance with the local climatic conditions and the characteristics of the seismic activity of the region.

Each building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame designed to achieve high seismic resistance and expand the possibilities for offering buyers options for housing layouts.

The new building is being constructed from modern environmentally friendly materials. External walls are built from gas blocks. The project provides for high energy efficiency of housing, which will be provided by reliable insulation of facades with a durable effective heat insulator. Inter-apartment walls - two layers of plasterboard, an acoustic plate, a gas block, another acoustic plate with plasterboard.

Entrances and common areas are decorated in warm classic colors. In the complex and on its territory, a barrier-free environment is created for the movement of people with limited mobility.

On the ground floor of each section there will be a spread from the book "Words of Edification" by the writer Abai Kunanbayev, to whom the first stage of construction is dedicated.

The houses are equipped with noiseless high-speed elevators and a modern engineering system that fully ensures the convenience and stability of the functioning of all elements of technical communication. There are strollers in the LCD.

An access control system is installed at the entrance. The first floor will house commercial premises ranging from 134 to 353 square meters, 4.5 meter high ceilings and stained glass windows.

Internal infrastructure

The territory of the new building is closed to outsiders, video surveillance cameras are installed here. Round-the-clock security of the yard and the complex is provided. Improvement of the new building includes:

modern safe play areas for children;

recreation areas with walking paths, benches and gazebos;

street lighting devices;

security post;

sports ground with a variety of exercise equipment;

fenced soccer field

landscape gardening.

The courtyard is made in Kazakh style and decorated with national ornaments. A sculpture of Abai and a book will be installed here as a symbol of his work.
