The Baisanat residential complex in Nur-Sultan is located on the left bank in the Esil district at st. Tumar Khanym, pp. 20-20 / 2. Complex parameters

The facade of the new building is decorated with exquisite windows with aluminum-wooden frames, which are glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows, cornices, pilasters, columns and other decorative elements. Each apartment has large balconies with stone railings. Night illumination of facades is provided according to the project.

The halls and common areas have been decorated with designer decorations, which are decorated with sculptural modeling and wood carving in the tradition of the oldest art workshops.

The buildings are equipped with passenger elevators, fire alarms, and necessary engineering systems that are connected to the city's central networks, including the heating system.

Features of improvement

The territory of the complex is fenced, access is through the checkpoint. The new building is equipped with a video surveillance system and burglar alarms. The courtyard is closed to cars. A large playground has been built here with swings, slides, sandboxes, where children of different ages can play.
