Residential complex "ZhanaArka" in Nur-Sultan is being constructed in Almaty district at 89 Kordai street. Characteristics and features of the construction of a residential complex

The complex consists of seven houses from ten to seventeen floors, which are being built in one turn. The buildings are designed in a single modern style, taking into account the climatic features of the region.

Buildings are constructed along the perimeter of the building, forming a cozy adjoining space, closed to outsiders. Between the first and seventh blocks there is a ramp, along which special vehicles will be able to drive into the courtyard.

The new building has a reinforced concrete monolithic foundation and aerated concrete walls. The facade is additionally insulated with 150 mm thick mineral wool slabs and clad with HPL panels. The flat roof is covered with a soft roll waterproofing.

The complex has high levels of energy efficiency, which can significantly reduce the cost of housing maintenance. Outside, special baskets are mounted for the installation of air conditioners.

The apartments are equipped with large plastic windows with double energy-saving glazing with a frame made of galvanized steel with a polymer coating, which provide excellent natural illumination of the premises.

According to the project, design finishing of halls and common areas is carried out using the highest quality natural materials. Each section is equipped with two low-noise elevators with a carrying capacity from 630 to 1000 kg. The equipment of the LCD includes:

central heating system and other utilities;

necessary technological equipment.

On the adjoining territory

To ensure the safety of residents and guests of the complex, 24-hour video surveillance cameras are installed in the courtyard. The developer also took care of people with limited mobility - conditions for barrier-free movement are created in the local area, and the entrance groups are located at ground level.

Near the residential complex there are wide convenient driveways, as well as pedestrian paths covered with paving slabs. At night, the area is illuminated with modern lanterns. Ground parking for residents' cars is being arranged.

A play area with swings and slides, a sports ground with outdoor exercise equipment and a separate basketball court are being constructed in the courtyard. Also comfortable zones with benches for the residents' rest are being set up. Landscape gardening is being carried out, including ornamental plants and trees, flower beds are being planted.

On the ground floor there are premises for offices, shops, cafes with a separate entrance from the street. In commercial premises, aluminum stained-glass windows are installed.
