Location

Residential complex "Balkadisha" in Nur-Sultan is being built in the right-bank part at the intersection of Nazhimedenov and Nurmagambetov streets not far from the iconic places of the city.

This area of ​​the capital is being actively developed, but there is already a rich and varied infrastructure. In the neighborhood of the new building there are apartment complexes with a landscaped area, and just a kilometer away is the Presidential Park.

The surroundings of the complex

The convenient location of the new building allows you to quickly get to the necessary objects of social, household and shopping and entertainment infrastructure, including nearby grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and kindergarten No. 81.

Architecture and features of the residential complex

Balqadisha is a residential complex under construction in three stages, consisting of multi-section buildings with a height of nine to fourteen floors.

The buildings are constructed using classical brick technology from the best quality materials. The flat roof of the new building is covered with soft roll waterproofing and equipped with an internal drainage system.

External brick walls are insulated with a durable, environmentally friendly heat insulator; clinker bricks and fiber cement panels are used for facing the facade. Also, the project provides for the night illumination of the facade.

Halls and common areas are being designed. Each entrance has a convenient navigation system, and silent high-speed elevators with increased carrying capacity are installed.

The equipment of the new building includes the connection of central utilities, including heating systems, installation of a fire alarm and an intercom system.

Territory of the complex

According to the project, the Balqadisha residential complex has a closed and fenced area, where the necessary conditions are created for the barrier-free movement of people with limited mobility.

A complete improvement of the internal territory is being carried out, including:

children's playgrounds with swings and slides;

sports grounds with outdoor exercise equipment;

a network of footpaths and paved driveways;

cozy recreation areas with gazebos and small architectural forms;

landscape gardening - flower beds are broken, ornamental trees and shrubs are planted;

street lamps of a modern type.

A warm one-level parking lot will be equipped for residents' cars, where they can go down by elevator from any floor. The complex also has commercial premises located on the ground floor.
