Location

New building parameters

The residential complex "Shugla City" consists of 40 nine-storey buildings, being built taking into account all the necessary standards for advanced technologies, which will provide a nine-point seismic resistance of the structure and high operational characteristics of housing. The total building area is more than 30 thousand square meters.

The new building has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a solid foundation. The walls of gas blocks are 200 mm thick and insulated with a 150 mm layer of mineral wool. Facade cladding is made with decorative plaster. The flat roof is covered with roll waterproofing and equipped with a drainage system.

Large windows are being installed, glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows in metal-plastic bindings. The apartments have open balconies with metal railings.

The buildings are equipped with engineering systems and communications connected to the central networks of the city, the necessary technological equipment, low-noise elevators with a lifting capacity of 1000 kg.

Entrance lobbies are equipped with metal doors and ramps for people with limited mobility.

Features of improvement

Near the house there are convenient asphalt driveways and paved paths for pedestrians, along which lanterns are installed. In the courtyards, places for temporary parking of cars will be equipped.
