About the project

The Riverside residential complex is a new project from the well-known developer BI Group, which is being implemented in an area where the atmosphere of freedom is combined with the cultural diversity of the historical urban space.

Location

Riverside residential complex in Almaty is being built in the Bastandyk district along Satpayev street on the banks of the Esentai River. There is all the necessary infrastructure nearby, and across the street from the new building there is the central stadium and the Fantasy World park. This is an area with good ecology, there are no large industrial enterprises nearby.

Complex characteristics

The residential complex on Satpayeva-Vesnovka consists of four houses from nine to seventeen floors, designed taking into account the needs for high-level comfort and the possibilities provided by modern technologies.

Buildings are constructed from materials that meet environmental safety criteria. The basis of the structure is a monolithic reinforced concrete frame, the laying of the external walls is carried out with aerated blocks.

The facade is insulated with mineral wool slabs. Outside, the houses are faced with hinged ventilated panels. On the facade there are special baskets for the installation of air conditioners.

The complex has through entrances. According to the project, the sections provide for spacious halls with individual author's design. Glazed doors with insulation are installed at the entrances.

The houses are equipped with modern utilities, a fire-prevention system, the necessary technological equipment and low-noise high-speed elevators - two in each section.
