With the WIELAND / PESTALOZZI project, DIAMONA & HARNISCH is setting a strong example in the area of “noble living”.
The design by Brenner / Krohm Architects is inspired by the urban environment of the quarter around Savignyplatz, which was shaped by the Wilhelminian era. At the same time, Wieland Pestalozzi continues the traditional living culture around Kurfürstendamm.
The architecture of this town house with 33 residential units meets high demands, but at the same time is deliberately reserved. The result is a design that radiates timeless elegance inside and out. As a result, the town house in the WIELAND / PESTALOZZI fits in very harmoniously into the historically grown town and house structure of the popular urban district. The clearly structured facade with high-quality plaster but also brick surfaces gives the house a special character and is also sustainably manufactured through the use of mineral insulation material. This continues through the diverse apartment layouts and different sizes - with a view of the urban space and the private courtyard garden.
