About the residential complex

The Royal Tower residential complex fully justifies its Royal name, because after the completion of construction work, the new building will become one of the most stylish buildings in the district.

Location

The plot for development is located in the Didi Digomi district near the Agmashenebeli Alley and just 200 meters from the Goodwill hypermarket. The main advantages of the location are excellent transport accessibility, high level of infrastructure development, and comfortable communication with the left-bank part of the city.

Transport

The proximity of the Agmashenebeli alley and a major transport interchange guarantee the possibility of comfortable movement around the city both by your own car and by public transport. The nearest metro station is Sarajishvili, about 3 km away on the opposite bank of the Kura river. Ground public transport stops are just a few minutes' walk away. Bus routes №14, 15, 21, 26, 32, 54, 84  run here.

Design feature

The complex Royal Tower in Tbilisi consists of two sections with a height of 16 and 18 floors. For the facades, the developer chose an interesting combination of materials in cream-milk and gray colors, and also decided to use window frames in the color of natural wood.

The territory of the yard has an area of 1,200 m2, which after the completion of construction work will be landscaped and become a cozy and comfortable space for recreation. There will be a children's playground, lawns will be organized and carried out additional planting. The house features underground parking, which can accommodate 61 cars.

Apartments

The new Royal Tower offers apartments with an area of 45 m2 or more. Each of them has a spacious kitchen-living room and at least one separate bedroom. The layout is designed so that the apartments have large windows and impressive balconies, which can be accessed from several rooms. In an apartment of 93 m2, the balcony is located along the perimeter of two walls.

Developer

The construction company Royal Development has relatively little experience because it was founded in 2016. Before starting to build new homes, the developer conducted a thorough analysis of the market, identified the main requirements of real estate buyers and their preferences. This allowed the company to create residential real estate projects that are relevant to the market, in demand, and highly liquid.
