About Project

The residential complex "Akhali Gldani" includes 5 residential buildings, which will be located on 2 hectares of land. Full construction area of 60000 square meters, includes more than 900 apartments, commercial and office areas, furnished and green recreation zone. 

The first stage of the project covers construction of 2 residential buildings and is targeted to be completed in May 2018. The second stage implies construction of 3 residential buildings and is targeted to be completed in the summer 2020. 

The modern residential estate "Akhali Gldani" consists of 5 residential buildings on the green area. The residential estate "Akhali Gldani" will be located on the area of 2 hectares within walking distance of metro "Ahkmeteli Theatre", in 6 Kerchenskaia str. Construction of the residential estate is designed for four years. Floor area of site development is 60000 sq. m

Technologies

Usage of modern technology and high quality construction materials guarantee energy efficiency and improved sound isolation of the buildings.

Monolithic frame of the building ensures seismic protection at 8-9 magnitude earthquakes.
