About the project

The residential complex "Lazurit" is one of the largest new construction projects in the capital, which will include both residential, retail and administrative premises. This is the first elite real estate project implemented by a state developer, which is UE UKS of the Minsk City Executive Committee.

Location

Residential complex "Lazurit" in Minsk is being built not far from the intersection of Pobediteley Avenue and Narochanskaya Street in the prestigious Lebyazhy microdistrict. It is just a kilometer from the Drozdy reservoir and 1.5 km from the Lebyazhy reserve.

Infrastructure

The map shows that the new building is located just 300 meters from the Minsk-Arena sports complex. Also nearby is the Euroopt supermarket, the Arena City shopping and entertainment center, the children's hospital No. 2, the University of Physical Education, and the Uniconmed Medical Center. The Terra Pizza cafe is located in the next building.

Transport

The proximity of Pobediteley Avenue allows us to guarantee convenient communication with the city center and the ability to go to the Moscow Ring Road in a few minutes. Directly on the border of the territory of the complex there is a public transport stop, from where buses, trolleybuses and fixed-route taxis depart. With their help, you can get to the station "Zhdanovichi", Komarovsky market, Lenin Square and other parts of the city.

The distance to the nearest metro station "Sportivnaya" is about 3 km.

General information about the new building

The large-scale project involves the emergence of six residential sections with a height of 16, 18 and 20 floors, two six-story office and administrative sections, and a 35-story tower decorated with a spire and having a height of 145 meters will act as the central dominant. It is planned to place a hotel in it.

Construction is carried out using monolithic frame technology. The outer walls are insulated and decorated with ventilated porcelain stoneware facades.

What is inside

The first two floors are reserved for retail and commercial premises, which will be part of the new building's own infrastructure. Parking and utility rooms will be located on two underground levels.

The courtyard is closed from strangers, equipped with convenient entrances, security and video surveillance. In the course of the improvement work, there will be children's and sports grounds, safe sidewalks, benches, and landscaping will be carried out. The area of ​​the building territory is 5.8 hectares.

About apartments

The new building offers 1-4-room apartments with free layouts and different sizes. There are both a relatively small one-room housing with an area of ​​44 sq.m. and very spacious options. The sale of apartments is carried out without finishing, only with a rough repair, so that each buyer can make a design according to his own taste and purchase a home at a better price.
