The house has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame and a solid monolithic foundation. Its walls are built of red ceramic bricks and insulated with mineral wool heat insulator.

The facades are finished with fiber-reinforced concrete and decorated manually using mosaics. The exterior of the new building is dominated by modernism and neoclassicism, carved columns and relief ornament adorn the facades, the delicate lattice of French balconies gives the building a special lightness and airiness.

The apartment building is equipped with:

- a large reservoir for emergency water supply;

- emergency power supply system with a powerful reliable electric generator;

- centralized air conditioning and ventilation system;

- fire extinguishing system;

- twenty high-speed silent elevators, made according to an individual design with a unique cabin finish and the ability to exit directly into the apartment - in each section there are two elevators.

The building is equipped with central and individual heating, all utilities, including gas, are connected.

Accomplishment of the complex

On the territory of the new building there is a children's playground, a comfortable relaxation area and a sports ground. It offers residents of the complex a cafe and pool. Trees and exotic plants are planted in the courtyard, lawns are broken, street lamps are installed that match the style of the general architectural appearance of the new building. At night, the facade is decoratively illuminated.
