Location

The Yeni Guneshli 1 residential complex in Baku is located in the Yeni Guneshli settlement of the Surakhani region on the territory of the D massif and eighteen kilometers from the center of the capital.

The microdistrict is actively developing, a good infrastructure is being created. In the vicinity of the new building there is good ecology, there are no industrial enterprises, but not everyone will like the close proximity of the cemetery.

All houses have a monolithic foundation and a solid monolithic frame made of reinforced concrete of class B-25 of Ukrainian production. The buildings have a pitched roof and an insulated facade, lined with high-quality cement brand "Mətanət A".

Transport

Near the complex there is a public transport stop. Nearby, with a minimum interval of six minutes, buses run on four routes, using one of which you can get to the Neftchilar metro station. The closest to the new building is the Azi Aslanov station - the distance is at least two kilometers.

From the complex to the international airport. Heydar Aliyev is only fifteen kilometers away.
