About the project

Location

LCD "Bari Tower" is a twenty-story single-section building with a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, providing high seismic resistance of the structure, necessary for the conditions adopted for this region.

The walls of the house are built from a multi-hollow red ceramic block, which has good sound and thermal insulation properties. Exterior walls are additionally insulated with an environmentally friendly durable heat insulator and are lined with hinged ventilated panels.

The project provides for the presence in the apartments of spacious open unglazed balconies with metal grating. Panoramic glazing of part of the windows is carried out. Window blocks made of multi-chamber metal-plastic profile are glazed with energy-saving double-glazed windows.

The apartment building is equipped with noiseless high-speed elevators - one freight and two passenger. Also, the new building is equipped with an emergency power supply system with a backup generator, intercoms, fire protection system.

Inland

The Bari Tower complex has its own social facilities providing high quality of life in the area in which the infrastructure has not yet been fully formed. In a two-story built-in attached building, it is planned to place various shops, a cafe, a restaurant, serving enterprises and a beauty salon.

The developer arranges wide comfortable driveways and footpaths near the house, plants decorative plants and trees, breaks lawns and flower beds.

Underground parking is being equipped, temporary parking spaces for vehicles are being arranged. A children's play area and a recreation area are being constructed, street lighting devices are being installed.
