About the project

The Depot is nestled in Brixton, a vibrant and multicultural area with a laid-back vibe that lies within the London Borough of Lambeth. Placed right at the bustling heart of the lively district, the new residential complex benefits from the close proximity to numerous shopping facilities, including Brixton Market that features plenty of street food and vintage stalls in addition to clothes and produce that celebrates the area’s Caribbean roots. Brixton’s nightlife amazes with its energy and diversity, attracting numerous revellers with its bars and music venues such as the iconic O2 Academy Brixton, located within strolling distance of the Depot.

What are the technical features of the complex?

Stretched along the railway, the Depot comprises three 7-storey buildings linked together by beautifully landscaped podium gardens. The light-coloured brick façades create a soothing effect, accentuated by white and black details. The urban chic exterior is peppered with numerous floor-to-ceiling windows and spacious balconies that occupy the buildings’ corners, providing a wider range of vision. The balconies are endowed with minimalistic black metal railings, complementing the rest of the exterior.

What is available on-site?

The Depot offers a stunning collection of gardens, where residents can meet each other and unwind away from prying eyes. The first-floor terrace creates a serene atmosphere, perfect for a recharge session after a hard day. As for vehicle facilities, the new residential complex provides unallocated car parking only for Blue Badge holders as well as a secure bicycle store.
