Located in the London Borough of Hillingdon, Hayes Village is placed on the site of the former Nestle Factory. Set within a vibrant neighbourhood, the new residential complex benefits from a busy high street, a library, a cinema, and a sports centre within strolling distance.

Brushing by Hayes Village, the Grand Union Canal offers stunning views and a green walk along the waterway. To escape the hustle and bustle of the streets, the area also offers an abundance of green spaces to stroll around. Minet Country Park features a playground, picnic areas, ponds, a visitor centre, a football club, and a cycling circuit. For those who prefer more serene places for a walk, there is Cranford Park. Steeped in history, the park boasts a number of old relics such as an 18th-century stable block, the medieval St Dunstan's Church, and the graveyard, mentioned in the Domesday Book. It is also famous for being haunted by the ghost of the Grey Lady.

Tucked away in west London, the town of Hayes is well-connected to the buzzing heart of the megapolis and beyond. The Hayes & Harlington station provides a link to the City and Heathrow Airport, which can be reached in just 14 minutes by car. Also, it takes 5 minutes to drive to the M4 that runs from west London to southwest Wales.

Flanked by the Grand Union Canal and Nestles Avenue, Hayes Village consists of mid-rise and high-rise buildings. The centrepiece of the development is the restored Nestle factory with a strikingly white art-deco façade, enormous full-height windows, and subtle turquoise details. The rest of the buildings features more traditional brick façades and metal-railed cantilevered balconies. However, inspired by the art deco factory, the windows display huge glazing, streaked with thin frames.

Hayes Village offers over 9 acres of lush greenery with parks, squares, playgrounds, and gardens scattered around the territory. In addition, residents have access to the canal-side area, where they can enjoy breathtaking views while strolling around the beautifully-landscaped space. For sports enthusiasts, Hayes Village includes a running track, woven into the leafy area. If you prefer working out indoors, there is a residents-only gym.

The complex also designates some space for on-site retail outlets as well as car parking and bicycle storage facilities.
