About the project

The final part of the greater regeneration scheme Hale Village, the new complex resides in Tottenham Hale, a tranquil suburban district that lies within the London Borough of Haringey. Within strolling distance of Hale Works runs High Road, lined with casual global restaurants and traditional pubs. The area is a perfect fit for shopping lovers as there are plenty of chain retailers and supermarkets in addition to a huge shopping mall just across the street from the new complex.

The district is dotted with an abundance of green spaces. A short walk away, Down Lane Park lures people of all ages in with its wonderful greenery and charming footpaths, perfect for a casual stroll. For sports enthusiasts, the park offers plenty of amazing facilities, including football pitches, tennis courts, a BMX track, and an outdoor gym. Meanwhile, children are welcomed to have some fun at the park’s playground. Nature lovers will be delighted to find Walthamstow Wetlands only a 5-minute walk away from Hale Works. The urban nature reserve features 10 majestic reservoirs that you can explore while also indulging in some birdwatching.

What are the architectural features of Hale Works?

The final part of the greater regeneration scheme Hale Village, the new mixed-use tower rises up to 32 storeys, making a stunning addition to Tottenham Hale’s skyline. Featuring sleek panelling, the strikingly white façade is accentuated by the contrasting black ground floor. The exterior is lined with rows of floor-to-ceiling windows, highlighting the silhouette of the building. Overlooking Walthamstow Wetlands, the looming development amazes with its sophisticated contemporary-style façade that complements the rest of Hale Village.

What is inside?

Upon arrival, visitors of Hale Works find themselves in a double-height reception area with a 24-hour concierge, who is ready to assist in case you need anything. In addition, the area is home to parcel storage and a comfortable seating section. The 11th floor accommodates a sky lounge, equipped with kitchen facilities and available for booking to all residents. The lounge opens onto a sky garden that provides a perfect place to soak up wonderful views of Walthamstow Wetlands.

Moreover, as part of Hale Village, residents of Hale Works have access to a gym, a supermarket, and a nursery. In addition, the project aims to enhance the community, using its close association with Living Under One Sun, an organization that brings people together by growing and harvesting fresh food. For those who are not that into gardening, the Engine Room Community Centre hosts various family activities ranging from art workshops to cooking sessions, while the local gym includes free running and walking clubs.
