In the 1700s, this building was the residence of aristocracy, fashion, and status since the first stone was set by Sir Richard Grosvenor. No 1 Grosvenor Square is a historic site, meticulously restored by the best architects and designers. The award-winning Eric Parry Associates has overseen the preservation, renovation and restoration of the building's façade. All original blocks and bricks have been reassembled with minor modifications to achieve modern standards. This 7-storey complex, designed in a classic style, looks luxurious thanks to the majestic columns on the light façade. The building also has many white-framed windows.
