Stretching across London’s skyline, Atlas is perched on the axis of Islington, Shoreditch, Farringdon, and the City. Lying within the borough of Hackney, the vibrant neighbourhood boasts a creative community that brings an abundance of dining, shopping, cultural, and leisure facilities to your doorstep. Rising at City Road, the new complex is surrounded by a plethora of trendy bars, lively pubs, and high-end restaurants.

To get some rest from the bustling streets of London, residents of Atlas can take a walk to one of the area’s green spaces. A short stroll away, Shoreditch Park offers 19 acres of lush greenery, creating a leafy sanctuary from the city buzz. Children are welcomed to enjoy a vast collection of the park’s exciting facilities, which includes an adventure playground, a play area, and sports fields, coupled with an enormous granite boulder for climbing.

Placed in central London, Atlas takes advantage of wonderful transport links. In addition, City Road is part of the London Inner Ring Road, which envelopes the city centre, making it easy for car drivers to travel around.

What does the exterior look like?

Squeezed between City Road and East Road, the 40-storey residential tower makes an awe-inspiring addition to London’s skyline, accompanied by a nine-storey office building. Complementing its surroundings, the contemporary-style façade sports sleek white panelling, mixed with extensive glazing that provides an abundance of enormous floor-to-ceiling windows. Creating a pointy structure, the tower is formed from six architectural fins, tapering at the top.

What is on the territory of Atlas?

Upon arrival, Atlas greets all visitors with a stunning interior-designed entrance lobby, where a 24-hour concierge offers everyone a warm welcome. There is also a residents-only lounge, designed to provide maximum comfort. If you are in the mood for some film, there is a private screening room, available for booking and fitted with comfortable armchairs. To help residents stay in shape, Atlas includes a top-notch gym, equipped with the latest exercise machines, weights, and accessories. After an intense workout, the deluxe mezzanine spa welcomes you to take a dip in a superb swimming pool, bathed in an abundance of natural light flowing through floor-to-ceiling windows.
