Located in Croydon, a borough outside central London, Addiscombe Grove is about 9.4 miles away from Charing Cross. Although Croydon is part of Outer London, it has a thriving shopping district and an impressive night-time economy. Moreover, Central London, Gatwick airport, and the seaside city of Brighton can all be reached through East Croydon station, which is within a 2-minute walk from Addiscombe Grove. Also, it takes only 3 minutes to reach the A232, a major road that connects Croydon and Orpington.

To take a break from the urban jungle, residents of Addiscombe Grove can take a 5-minute walk to the 130-year-old Park Hill Park or go a few extra minutes to reach Lloyd Park.

What are the architectural features of Addiscombe Grove?

Inspired by the iconic NLA Tower, which looms over Addiscombe Grove, the high-rise complex exhibits the same angled geometrics in its façade as its distinctive neighbour. The building’s windows, interlaced with glazed tiles, form a fascinating pattern that plays with the sun’s beams during the day. The triangular-shaped complex has 22 storeys, which makes it only a couple storeys shorter than the NLA Tower.

On the ninth floor, there is a peaceful setting for small gatherings and relaxation. Moreover, Addiscombe Grove provides two more gardens as an open-air communal space for socializing with neighbours and friends. The 20th floor is home to the Nordic Garden, while the top floor reveals the Hidden Garden with a breathtaking view of the neighbourhood.

What is inside?

The ninth floor holds a wellness room, which can be used for fitness and yoga sessions or other types of gatherings. In addition, all residents have access to three different terraces, adorned with plants to brighten up the area.

The ground floor offers a spacious lounge space to work, study, or hold an informal meeting.
