What is the location of Trent Park?

Placed in the lovely North London triangle of Oakwood, Cockfosters, and Hadley Wood, Trent Park finds itself in the borough of Enfield, away from the hustle and bustle of the megapolis. What are the architectural features?

Set within a 56-acre estate, which is enveloped by 400 acres of lush parkland, the new residential complex is divided into the Kendrick and the Chase Collections. The former comprises two 4-storey buildings: Bruton House and Lyon House. The sandy-toned brick façade creates a village-like feeling. The light-coloured exterior is accentuated by dark brown details such as windows frames and balcony bases. Moreover, to add some modernity to the design, the top floors display a warehouse-like style with sleek dark brown panelling. In addition, the buildings are peppered with large full-height double-glazed windows. Meanwhile, the Chase Collection includes three 4-storey buildings: Bevan House, Barnham House, and Milner House. Paying homage to the site’s heritage, the buildings exhibit some Georgian architecture traits. The red-brick façades are highlighted by strikingly white frames embracing long floor-to-ceiling windows. The Chase Collection is topped with a grey tiled roof that features charming dormers. Furthermore, the buildings are adorned with a collection of cantilevered balconies that sport intricate railings.

Are there amenities and facilities at Trent Park by L&G?

Apart from the surrounding parkland, the new complex comes with beautifully landscaped gardens, where residents can relax and recharge away from prying eyes. To ensure maximum security, the gated development is equipped with a fob as well as 24-hour on-site security. Moreover, the complex is served by an Estate Manager for maximum convenience.
