About the project

Smart Hall is a new residential complex on Moldavanka, a place where different cultures and historical epochs are intertwined. Not far from the house Katerynynska Square, Potemkin Stairs, Odessa Academic Opera and Ballet Theater, several city parks and the well-known Deribasovskaya Street, where fairs are held all year round, there are dozens of cafes and restaurants.

The corner building forms an enclosed courtyard where children can play and adults can relax, and in order for the residential complex to fit harmoniously into the architecture of the district and the surrounding landscapes, the authors of the project used light tones and techniques typical of classical architectural style.

Infrastructure

The Smart Hall residential complex is located a few minutes by car from Balkivska Street, the central bus station and a major transport interchange at the intersection with Mykhailo Hrushevskoho, Bugaivska, Kalantaivska and Rozumovska streets. Near the house there is a public transport stop, from which trams №5 and minibuses №8, №124 depart, a few minutes further trolleybus stops №8, minibuses №23, №232А, №115, №198, №208, №8 and № 124. The city's train station can be reached by car in 7 minutes, and Odessa International Airport in 10 minutes.

Residents of Smart Hall will be able to buy products near the house in Tavria B and ATB-Market supermarkets, as well as in FOZZY hypermarket, Nenazhera, Ideal and Kopiyka supermarkets, two Tavria B stores and on Privoz market, to which 2-5 minutes by car. If you want to please a loved one, 7 minutes walk from the house flower market. From shopping centers at a distance of 4-7 minutes by car "New Delivery", "Passage" and "Gallery Athena".

If you need a preschool - 3 minutes walk to the kindergarten-nursery №160, 4-5 minutes by car to the kindergarten-nursery №237, №88, №175, №142 and kindergarten "Island". For schoolchildren at a distance of 6-7 minutes walk from the residential complex Smart Hall municipal schools №10, №21 and sanatorium school №6.
