About the project

The residential complex Plus-2 is an ideological continuation of the Plus complex. The complexes are located in an area that is developing rapidly: there are only new residential complexes nearby, no gray high-rise buildings and noisy transit highways. Plus-2 is located even closer to the green zone of the park, which smoothly passes into the Bryukhovetsky forest.

The houses of the complex are located around the perimeter of the plot and form an internal closed house territory. The complex cascading number of storeys with a height difference from 11 floors to 9 will help and a through walk alley will help to avoid the effect of a well in the yard. Plus-2 will also have ventilated facades that protect the walls from overheating in the summer, from freezing in the winter and are resistant to humidity and temperature extremes.
