About the project

The sections of the Family & Friends residential complex resemble a flower - in the center there are halls and common stairs, and the petals are apartments. The first sections show 23 types of apartments with irregularly shaped rooms. The house is surrounded by a private sector, so the neighboring high-rise buildings will not spoil the views from the panoramic windows of the complex.

Infrastructure

The internal infrastructure of the complex will consist of a shopping center and commercial premises on the ground floors for shops, beauty salons, pharmacies, bank branches or other services.

ATB grocery supermarkets are located within 10 minutes on foot, to Novus - 10 minutes by car, to Silpo 9 minutes by car, to Billa - 7 minutes. Also, in 7 minutes you can drive to the Arcadia shopping center and the Cosmopolit shopping center, which in addition to the supermarket has a cinema, an ice arena, a rollerdrome, quest rooms and other entertainments.

The internal infrastructure also includes the construction of a kindergarten on the territory of the Family & Friends complex. Other kindergartens of the district are located at a distance of 5-10 minutes by car: this is the "Stezhina" kindergarten, kindergarten No. 651, preschool center No. 460, kindergarten No. 425 and the "Syaivo" kindergarten. Kibalchish Children's Entertainment Center is a 7-minute drive away. In walking distance school number 324 - 15 minutes, school number 64 - 15 minutes, school number 52 and number 173 - 20 minutes.
