About the project

Rusaniv Residence is a residential complex on the first line of the Rusaniv Canal. Five sections of the complex are united by a common stylobate part, where infrastructure facilities will be located. Due to the good location in the complex there is an exit to the embankment and views of Rusanivka, the slopes of the botanical garden and the monument Motherland. The concept of "yard without a car" with children's play areas and places for recreation will be implemented for the adjacent territory.
