About the project

Oasis is a project that continues the trend of revitalization of the Fisherman's Peninsula and the return of the city to its former industrial territories. The complex is located on a site with a good view, close to water and highways.

The main feature of the complex - breathtaking views of the old town, the historic center and the banks of the Dnieper. To improve the panoramic view from the apartments, high windows will be installed. The architecture of the complex attracts with its simplicity of forms and smooth rounded lines of facades: Oasis consists of two round sections adjacent to each other.

From LCD Oasis to "Silpo" can be reached in 6 minutes by car, to "Billy" 7 minutes, 8 minutes to "Eco Market". In 10 minutes by car you can drive to the Rye Market, where there are always household goods, fresh fruits, vegetables, farm products, spices and dried fruits.

To the nearest preschools in Podil go 5-6 minutes: 5 minutes to kindergartens №307 "Barvinok", "Kuzya and Znayka", 6 minutes to "Febel", preschool center №16, school-kindergarten "Podillya". Schools, lyceums and gymnasiums in Podil are also a 5-8 minute drive away.

Like everything else, the closest to training is Podil - 5 minutes drive fitness clubs "AtletiKo", Hiitworks in Podil, "Invoice", Podolsky Fitness Club, as well as the gym Timur Gym, sports clubs "Sentai", " Edge ”and“ Body Sculptor ”.
