About the project

Residential complex "Odessa Seagull" - is an apartment in an ecologically clean corner of Odessa, 10 minutes by car from the beach and estuary. The building along the perimeter creates a closed from cars and noise interior space with the concept of "family yard", the design of which provides for landscaping, children's play areas, playground, places for adults, carriageways and promenades. The lower floor of the complex is set aside for commercial infrastructure and built-in garages for residents' cars, for guests of the complex there is an open ground parking.

Infrastructure

The Odesa Chaika residential complex is being built in the Suvorov district of Odessa, at the intersection of Akademika Sakharov and Generala Bocharova streets. Despite the distance from the city center, the transport infrastructure is developed in the building area: in 2 minutes on foot there is a bus stop №145, from the stop on Semena Paliya Street in different parts of the city there are minibuses №120, №168, №242 and bus №67. In the surrounding area there is everything you need for a comfortable life: supermarkets, pharmacies, markets, children's clinic, schools and kindergartens.

Next to the complex is the ATB supermarket and the wholesale and retail market of farm agricultural products, where you can always buy fresh vegetables and fruits, as well as goods from Ukrainian producers. To another food market "North" by car 6 minutes.
