About the project

The Magistr residential complex is a new project of Turkish Development Ukraine in Kharkiv. The fourteen-storey building with commercial and domestic premises on the ground floor, a closed landscaped area and its own parking lot is located on the second line from Kolomenska Street. Due to the fact that the street is not congested with traffic, residents of the complex will be able to enjoy the fresh air and silence, living almost in the city center.

It is worth noting the original design of the facades of the new building, which will be one of the brightest buildings in the neighborhood: the black ends of the building contrast with the bright red-yellow palette of the central parts, loggias decorated with black embossed panels.
