Architecture

The complex consists of 26 floors of glass and concrete. It sparkles with panoramic glazing against the background of the water. In front of the main tower, there is a high podium. The two adjacent walls that are further from the creek are straight, while the rest of the building is rounded. From above, where the penthouses are located, the building is narrowed by ledges, leaving a narrow strip of roof in the form of a polygon at the very top. Thanks to this architectural solution, the upper part of the building looks like a frozen waterfall. The podium part of the building performs not only a functional, but also a decorative function. White walls, large windows and oval outlines resemble a sea liner and look very harmonious in the overall architectural ensemble.
