Architecture

The building will have 37 floors, towering above the square podium. The project involves finishing the facade in beige tones, which is perfectly combined with the panoramic glazing. The central highest element is topped with a number of frequent rectangular frames. On each side of this central part, there are groups of different levels. In general, the architectural ensemble will create an impression of movement upwards.

What is inside?

Residents will be able to place their cars in a spacious garage. For visitors an covered parking is designed as well. The tower is guarded by a 24-hour security system. On the ground floor, there is an elegant foyer with a concierge desk. For children, there will be play areas and a safe pool.
