The building has a great location, just minutes away from the financial and business center of the city. On top of that, it has a great view of the Burj Khalifa and it is only 9 minutes from the beach. The abundance of parks, cafes and attractions will not allow to lead a gray dull everyday life. Both the surrounding infrastructure and the appearance of the complex itself persuade you to relax and enjoy life.

Right next to the building, you can find the Green Planet with rare animals. The City Walk Mosque is in less than 1 km. Appearance of the complex

The building resembles a frame from a fantastic film about ancient civilizations. The L-shaped building with 12 floors accommodates a variety of terraces, on which gardens of many plants and flowers are arranged. The light beige color of the main plaster and brown vertical accents complement this picture of unity with nature. Large windows give the building a modern look.
