Architecture

The 17-storeyd square tower stands on a podium. This ultra-modern, high-quality building is a mixture of glass, concrete and steel. Dark brown structural elements framing the windows, and panels of the same color that adorn the podium set off a dark tower against the background of the bright neighbors.
