Architecture

The 38-storey building will create a warm experience thanks to the abundance of huge windows sparkling in the sun on the shore of Dubai Creek, while there is a podium with yellow trim, and decorative bronze vertical elements on the main building. At the base of the building is a regular rectangular shape. Upward, the tower slightly narrows . The facade of the building is decorated with a symmetrical distribution of the balconies relatively to the vertical wide strip, highlighted by bronze inserts. It rises to the full height of the tower and logically ends with a narrow curved element crowning the building, dividing the roof in half. The gardens will be arranged on the roof and on the podium.
