Facades are insulated with mineral wool - the thickness of the insulating layer is 150 mm. To the third floor, the outer walls are faced with porcelain stoneware, and then a wet facade system is used. The walls between the living quarters are made of 250 mm thick brick. The partitions between the rooms are built of POROKAM blocks of 80 and 120 mm, and in the bathrooms they are made of 120 mm thick brick.

The interior of new buildings is also designed in the same art deco style. The company’s low-noise high-speed elevators are installed in the buildings of the complex. Modern utilities are also included in the equipment of houses.

In the courtyard of the new complex there are four playgrounds with a special safe coating, where children of different ages can play. Swing, slides, sandboxes are installed on the sites.
