About the project

Life-project Skazka - a new residential complex in which you can realize any dreams. In our project, we combined a captivating external architecture and an unusually free living space of apartments, the luxurious privacy of the interior with a rich external infrastructure, the comfort of living for every resident and the tradition of good neighborliness.

Add a little prose: these will be four residential sections of varying number of floors (8, 9-10, 11-12, 17-18 floors) with commercial premises.

And magic: the courtyard of the residential complex will “hover” above the ground at the second floor level so that no strangers can penetrate your “Tale”.

Forest tale

You can now take a leisurely stroll after work in the shade of centuries-old branchy trees near the house. In 10 minutes walk - Stone tents and Lake Shartash. Here you can ride bicycles and scooters in the summer, rent boats or grill kebabs. And in the winter - to go skiing or saddle argamaki and tubing.

Charming proximity of the center

No need to have a magic wand to get home without traffic jams. In the halls of the first floors of the Life-project Skazka cozy and spacious. It is warm in winter and cool in summer. Entrance groups are made - on the same level with the ground. Therefore, mothers with strollers are comfortable - no need to call up the stairs. The porches are clean and bright, the rooms for the concierge are thought out, high-speed elevators that go to the parking lot are working, and informative navigation on the floors has been made.

More than just square meters

Creating plans for the Life-Tale Skazka, we, first of all, thought about the inhabitants. About where they will store seasonal things, where they want to put a large bed, and where the nursery will be located. We designed a “smart” space in which you can feel spacious, but at the same time a minimum of corridors, no “swollen” bathrooms and balconies. We designed kitchen-living rooms where families will spend time together. We raised the ceilings to a height of 2.7 meters to add volume to the rooms. They also insulated the facades in order to preserve the heat inside the apartment, made a horizontal wiring of the heating (it hides the pipes in the floor, freeing the walls for interesting interior solutions).

Family and comfortable

Conveniently, children from the Life project Skazka need not be driven far. In the neighboring yard - municipal kindergarten No. 41. A stone's throw from him - comprehensive school No. 164 with in-depth study of individual subjects. In the district there are innumerable number of children's sections and circles, studios and development centers.

Life in the Life project Tale - as if written off from a good children's book, where everything around is built according to the "kid" laws. The house is prohibited construction work in the sleep-hour and evening. For the New Year, a tree stands in the yard for the children. And there is always something to do on the playground.

It's great when you can let children go to their own yard and not worry about their safety. That is why in the "Tale" the territory inside the houses will be raised above the ground to the level of the second floor. On the roof of the parking lot there will be pedestrian paths with recreation areas for adults, play areas and sports grounds for games designed for children of different ages. The whole territory in the evening will be effectively illuminated by lanterns.
