About the location of the new building

LCD “Russia. Five Capitals ”in Voronezh is located on the street. Zagorovsky, 1, 1/1 near the park area near the Botanical Garden of Voronezh State University. From the new building to the city administration, seven and a half kilometers.

About the characteristics of the new building

LCD “Russia. Five Capitals ”- a modern house consisting of nine sections six and twenty five floors high, which are located alternately and standing on a single-level stylobate. The building is L-shaped.

The flat roof of the sections is covered with soft roll waterproofing and equipped with internal drainage systems. The developer uses advanced technologies and modern environmentally friendly materials. Part of the walls is made of reinforced concrete, but most of the building envelopes are built of aerated concrete blocks. The house has a reinforced concrete monolithic frame, the facade of the new building is insulated with mineral wool and is faced with hinged ventilated systems with ceramic granite coating, as well as plaster.

Beautification

In the stylobate part of the complex are shops and other objects of urban infrastructure - they have entrances isolated from the residential area.

The territory of the new building is being improved taking into account the needs of people with limited mobility. Recreation areas, children's playgrounds, as well as sports grounds for physical education and playing sports are equipped.

Lawns are broken, trees and ornamental plants are planted. Wide paved driveways are arranged, paths covered with paving slabs are laid. Outdoor lighting fixtures are installed. Underground two-level parking is under construction, places for temporary parking of cars near the entrance are allocated.
