About the project
The residential complex "Galaxy" is being built in the Admiralteysky district of St. Petersburg, near the metro station "Frunzenskaya", between Moskovsky Prospekt and the embankment of the Obvodny Canal. A little further is the Baltiyskaya metro station and the Baltiysky station.
Placing a new building almost in the very center of the city, on the one hand, makes it possible not to waste time on the road in order to take advantage of all the benefits of civilization, but on the other hand, with the exception of a small square, there is no greenery nearby.
The construction of the complex is carried out using monolithic-brick technology in five stages. According to the development plan, by 2021 twenty-two residential buildings, three schools and the same number of kindergartens will be built. The delivery of the first stage is expected in the first half of 2016.
The height of the buildings is different and is 14, 16 and 18 levels. Ground floors are for commercial use. The second stage consists of two fourteen-story houses, in which there will be 403 one- and two-room apartments. At the same time, an underground parking for 238 places will be equipped.
Despite the proximity of the complex to the administrative center of the city, it is expected that it will be possible to buy an apartment in the Galaxy residential complex from the LenSpetsSMU developer at a price significantly lower than in other new buildings in St. Petersburg.
One-room apartments vary quite a lot in layout, and the area may vary from 27 to 47 m2 depending on the chosen option. One bedroom apartments of 55 m2 are being built in only one option. As a rule, apartments in the LCD "Galaxy" are rented without finishing.
The development area is replete with a wide variety of infrastructure. Nearby are a hypermarket, a large shopping center, a medical center, a city clinic, and many shops. But the complex will also be provided with its educational and pre-school institutions, since in terms of the number of inhabitants it is comparable to a small town.
