About the project

In April 2017, the PIK Group of Companies began the construction of the Izmailovsky Les residential complex (the old name is Ozerny). The new building is located in Balashikha at the 16th kilometer of the M-7 highway. Previously, this section was occupied by the building of the tank farm.

60 hectares of land are allotted for the construction of the new quarter. Since the project is large-scale, its implementation is divided into several stages and will be implemented until 2025.

What will be built

The Izmaylovsky Forest includes 16 panel buildings with section heights from 15 to 25 floors. The construction of houses is carried out according to the standard design of the industrial series PIK1 / U. This series provides apartments from studios to four-room with 2.65 m ceilings and without balconies. Housing area - 23-120 square meters. m

The developer will finish, but its details on the site are not specified. In other PIK residential complexes, a laminate is laid on the floor, bathrooms are tiled with ceramic tiles, and in the rooms the walls are covered with wallpaper for painting.

Entrance groups in the Izmailovsky Forest are provided without thresholds and ramps. On the ground floor there will be strollers and commercial premises, in the basement - individual pantries.

In addition to residential buildings, social infrastructure facilities are provided:

three kindergartens for 821 places;

school for 1710 students;

shopping and office centers;

polyclinic;

two above-ground parking lots for 2050 cars.

The project implements the concept of "yard without cars." On the territory they will break down playgrounds and sports grounds, plant lawns and organize recreation areas with benches.

Environment

Residential complex "Izmailovsky Forest" is located on the outskirts of Balashikha. 100 meters from the new building passes the Enthusiasts highway, on which you can go to the Moscow Ring Road. To the metro station "Novogireevo" take 15 minutes by bus. There is a railway station in a kilometer, from where the trains go to the Kursk station.

The ecology of the region is satisfactory. The source of air pollution is transport. Enthusiasts highway is only 800 meters from first-line houses. We should not forget that this is the territory of the former industrial zone and the MKAD passes nearby. Streams of clean air come to the quarter from the Gorensky forest park, in which pine and spruce grow. You can reach it in 5-10 minutes. On the border with the forest park, the Redut Creek flows. Another large forest park located within the MKAD - Izmailovsky. It can be reached in 10 minutes by car.

Trade infrastructure nearby is developed. On the other side of the Enthusiasts highway, the Vladimirsky Tractat shopping center is operating. Nearby, it is planned to open the M7 Technopark complex.

Schools and kindergartens work outside walking distance. They will have to be reached by car. On Nekrasov Street in Reutov there is a gymnasium and a music school. At the intersection of the Moscow Ring Road and the Enthusiasts highway, several gymnasiums, schools and kindergartens work. The nearest clinic is located 1.5 kilometers on Chelyabinskaya Street in Moscow.
