About the project

In Kotelniki near the Belaya Dacha estate, the PIK Group of Companies will build the Kuzminsky Forest residential complex. The project includes 11 houses, a school for 1100 students and a kindergarten for 350 children. The implementation is carried out in stages.

Project

Kuzminsky Forest houses are being built from PIK2 series panels. This means that all interior partitions will not be load-bearing and re-planning can be carried out in apartments. The ground floor will be made of monolith, commercial premises of free planning will be located here.

Stained-glass glazing was carried out and the height of the ceilings on the first floor was increased, so that there will be more light in the halls. Some of the premises in the complex are intended for commercial needs - shops, offices, cafes and beauty salons. On the underground level are pantries.

The builder will close the yard for cars. Underground and surface parking lots with a total capacity of 2665 cars are being built for cars. Trees and shrubs will be planted on the territory, and playgrounds and sports grounds will be arranged.

LCD "Kuzminsky forest" is located in the suburbs, at a distance of 2 km from the Moscow Ring Road. The city of Kotelniki, in addition to Moscow, borders with Dzerzhinsky and Lyubertsy. Kuzminki Park is 700 meters from the complex, and 2 km from the Big Lyubertsy quarry surrounded by Tomilinsky Forest Park.
