About the project

The residential complex "Pehra" is being built by the company "Granel" in Balashikha. The plot covers 65 hectares, located between Schelkovo highway, Zvezdnaya, Trubetskoy and Zarechnaya streets. The comfort class quarter consists of 11 buildings. The construction is divided into several stages and should be completed before 2023.

What are they building

LCD "Pehra" - this is eleven monolithic 17-25-storey buildings and objects of trade and social infrastructure. The project was developed by the architectural bureau GRAVION GROUP.

The new building has studios, one-, two- and three-room apartments. Ceiling height - 2.7 meters. Housing area - 19-73 sq. m. Buyer premises are transferred to a choice: with or without decoration.

The yards at Pehra will be closed to cars. On the territory will be divided playgrounds, sports areas and places for recreation. The project includes trade and social infrastructure facilities:

4 kindergartens with 720 places;

school for 1,500 students;

multifunctional shopping and entertainment center with parking for 879 cars;

fitness center;

3 clinics;

ground and underground parking for 4999 places.

The first floors of the houses are non-residential; here they will open shops, branches of banks and pharmacies.

Where to build

LCD "Pehra" is located on the river bank, where the developer will arrange a recreation area. There will be a beach and sports fields. 3 km away begins Lake Forest Park. Bear Lakes is 10 minutes away by car.

The infrastructure of the district is developed. The nearest school No. 27 is located in a kilometer on Sverdlov Street. A little further - school number 29 and Zemsky gymnasium. Half an hour walk from school number 7 and 9, near which there are two kindergartens - number 29 "Aistenok" and number 38 "Knowledge". In walking distance you can count 10 more preschool institutions. There are three bus stops to the Lyceum on Dmitrieva Street.

Near the new building there is a Verny shopping center, Dixie and Magnit supermarkets. Clinic number 4, across the street from which there is a supermarket "Auchan", is a 30-minute walk away.

From Balashikha to Moscow can be reached by bus or train. In 20 minutes, shuttle vans No. 380k, 447k and 506k will be delivered to the Shchelkovskaya metro station. 10 minutes to the train station Balashikha by bus 9k, and to the metro station "Novogireevo" by train for another 22 minutes. If you get by car, go to the Moscow Ring Road along the Shchelkovo highway. The road passes in a couple of tens of meters. Go to the roundabout 15 minutes - 8 kilometers. According to the project, a road between Trubetskaya and Zvezdnaya streets will be created for Pekhra residents, which will reduce the load on local highways.
