About the project

The residential complex "NV / 9 ARTKVARTAL" (HB / 9 Artkvartal) is two 5-7-9-storey buildings with access to the park located on Bolshoi Nikolovorobinsky Lane in the Tagansky district of the capital. The project is implemented by the investment and construction company State Development. The new building is part of the ArtKvartal cultural and creative cluster, in which, according to the plan of the developer, artists, architects and writers should settle down.

Housing Formats

In "NV / 9 Art Quarter" 84 apartments of various formats are offered:

LCD "NV / 9 ARTKVARTAL" is located in the Central District of Moscow. The site is adjacent to the Orthodox St. Peter's School and an emergency substation. At 100 meters, the Yauza River flows, half a kilometer - the Moscow River.

From the complex you can go to the park. Another park of the Usachev-Naydenovs estate is 500 meters, right behind Zemlyanoy Val street. Milyutinsky and Morozovsky Gardens are a 10-minute walk away. But the state of ecology in the Tagansky district is satisfactory. 200 meters from the new building is the "Dyeing and finishing factory", and 400 - Garden Ring.
