RC “Festival Park” in Moscow is located in the 2G microdistrict on Festivalnaya street near the Friendship Park and Festival Ponds.

Complex Features

LCD "Festival Park" (building 17-19) consists of three two-section buildings with a height of thirty-eight floors. The houses are designed in the same style, located on a two-level stylobate. The buildings have a flat roof.

High structural strength provides a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. The walls of houses are constructed of gas blocks and bricks. The facades are insulated to achieve high energy efficiency with an environmentally friendly durable heat insulator. Facing of buildings is carried out with hinged ventilated panels with ceramic granite coating and translucent stained-glass windows.

The apartments are provided with large metal-plastic windows glazed with two-chamber energy-saving double-glazed windows. Balconies are also glazed - there are ordinary balconies and loggias with panoramic glazing. The buildings are equipped with:
