Residential complex "A-Residence" - a quarter with spacious apartments and penthouses, decorated in a style that matches the appearance of the surrounding buildings.

Location

LCD A-Residence in Moscow is located next to the Small Krasnokholmsky and Zverev bridges on the island of Baltschug in the second line of Sadovnicheskaya embankment. The microdistrict is quite comfortable, there are no industrial zones nearby, highways also pass far from the complex. The Kremlin is less than two kilometers away.

About transport accessibility

There is a bus stop near the complex on Sadovnicheskaya Street - two routes run nearby. The movement is organized with a minimum interval of thirteen minutes.
