O1 Properties has been operating since 2010. Since its inception, its owners began to buy an elite non-residential area in Moscow. As a result, in 2016, the organization ranked fifth in the ranking of the largest Russian owners of commercial real estate.
For 2017, the company owns 15 business centers with a total area of 584 thousand m2. The clients and partners of the company that rent from the square are well-known Russian and foreign companies. The objects built by the company include the Aurora business park, the Bolshevik cultural and business complex.
In the territory of the Aurora business park, in the spring of 2017, the developer began construction of a complex of residences of the "elite" class called "A-Residence". It is planned to erect 5 buildings with the number of floors from 5 to 9. The completion of the project is scheduled for early 2019.
