New building location

The residential complex "Yasny" in Krasnodar is located in the hydrodistrict microdistrict, twelve kilometers from the City Council. In the vicinity of the new building there are no factories and motorways loaded with vehicles, the site near the complex is densely built up with multi-storey buildings, there is also a site that is almost completely free of buildings.

The immediate surroundings of the complex

In the neighborhood there is a supermarket, cafe, swimming pool and shops of various profiles, including grocery. To the food market seven hundred meters, a fifteen minute walk there are two more grocery markets.

Within a radius of one kilometer there are three secondary schools - No. 46, No. 52 and No. 70, nearby is the kindergarten "Baby School" and the family club "Montessoriki". Clinic number 27 ten minutes walk.

About transport accessibility

Five hundred meters there is a public transport stop. Here, with an interval of ten minutes, three fixed-route taxis run and a bus leaves every twenty minutes.

Characteristics of a new building

“Yasny” consists of three eighteen-story modern buildings designed in a single style that allows the complex to harmoniously fit into the architectural ensemble of the microdistrict. The houses are being built according to advanced technologies, a reinforced concrete monolithic frame will provide seismic resistance of eight points on the Richter scale and will allow future apartment owners to change their internal layout as they wish.

Each building has a flat roof equipped with an internal gutter. The walls of the house are built of red ceramic bricks, insulated with a mineral-wool heat insulator with an air gap and faced with red ceramic bricks. The project provides for open unglazed balconies with red, brown and yellow safety fences. The houses are equipped with:

central utilities, including heating and hot water supply;

fire system;

one passenger and one passenger-and-freight elevator in each entrance.

Vandal-proof staircases are being completed. Metal entrance doors are installed.

Landscaping

It is planned to create cozy recreation areas with walking alleys on the territory of the complex, decorative shrubs and trees are planted, flowerbeds and lawns are broken. The developer is constructing playgrounds for children with a safety cover, sports grounds for playing sports and physical education are being built.
