All sections of the house have a flat non-operational roof, the building has a reinforced concrete monolithic foundation and frame. The walls of the new building are constructed of aerated concrete blocks, insulated with a mineral wool thermal insulator and faced with an air gap with a yellow and gray tinted ceramic brick.
