Architecture

LCD Green in Kazan consists of six buildings with a height of seventeen to nineteen floors, constructed using advanced technologies from safe and energy-efficient building materials.

All buildings have a flat non-operating roof, are built on a solid monolithic foundation and the basis of their design is a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. The walls of houses are constructed from aerated concrete blocks, the facades are insulated with mineral wool slabs. The outer surface of the building is faced with decorative plaster, painted in gray with color spots of bright colors.

Metal-plastic windows are installed, glazed with two-chamber double-glazed windows. The LCD provides balconies with panoramic glazing - the vertical stripes formed by them visually increase the height of buildings.

The developer provides barrier-free movement of citizens with disabilities. The houses are equipped with:

silent high-speed elevators - one freight and one passenger at each entrance;
