About the project

Residential complex “Tsarevo Village” is a new microdistrict of low-rise apartment buildings being built in the suburbs of Kazan in an ecologically safe area.

Location

LCD "Tsarevo Village" in New Shigaleevo is located on the highway 16K-1332 twenty-six kilometers from the Kazan Kremlin. There are no factories in the neighborhood, there are several reservoirs and small groves nearby.

What's around

Nearby there is a grocery store, a half-hour walk to the supermarket chain. About the same amount will have to go to Koshchakovskaya secondary school. In the neighborhood there is a kindergarten, a new school is being built nearby.

Transport

On the territory of the new building there is a minibus stop, which runs to the metro station "Victory Avenue" with an interval of fifteen minutes. From the complex there is a convenient exit onto the highway towards the city.

The new residential complex consists of ninety-two three-story buildings of rectangular shape, constructed using advanced technologies from materials that meet environmental safety categories.

All buildings have a flat roof and reinforced concrete monolithic frame, providing high structural strength and allowing customers to offer a large selection of modern ergonomic housing plans. The walls of buildings made of bricks are insulated with a mineral wool heat insulator. The cladding of the houses is done with high quality face bricks and hinged ventilated panels in gray and brown tones.

The developer installs window blocks made of metal-plastic profile with two-chamber double-glazed windows - the increased area of ​​the window opening provides a high degree of insolation of the premises. The project includes loggias with panoramic glazing and balconies with ordinary glazing and opaque fences lined with ceramic granite hinged panels, as well as balconies on which panoramic glazing is made.

Entrance groups have canopies, the conditions for ensuring the free movement of citizens with disabilities are met. At the entrances to the entrances, metal insulated doors are installed. On the facades of some buildings trellised baskets are placed to accommodate outdoor units of air conditioners.

Inland

Near the buildings lawns are broken and trees are planted. The territory of the new building is divided into functional zones - the buildings are located in blocks of several blocks each. Between the blocks parking spaces for guest vehicles and ground parking are equipped, sports grounds, as well as playgrounds for children with unpaved surfaces are being built.

On the first floors of the buildings there are commercial premises in which shops, offices and other infrastructure are located. The development plan provides for the construction of kindergartens, schools, beauty salons, cafes and a multifunctional center.
