The residential complex "ISG Residence IV" is adjacent to the residential blocks of the "ISG Residence II" and "ISG Residence III" assemblies. The residential complex "ISG Residence IV" is composed of seven housing blocks. The height regime of the buildings is equal for all the blocks: with 2 Basements plus a Ground floor and 12 Floors with apartments. The overall surface of the land on which the housing complex is developed is 16 127 square meters.
